I think it would be nice if you could zoom more than in vanilla, maybe even all the way to street level. Also if you could walk and drive around your city like you can in console.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
I know, but these aren't for Epic and Console players and also they disable achievements (yes, I know there's a mod for that). It would just be nice to have it in vanilla.
Also to be able to see in forests or more grown areas, there would be option to turn off trees and props clipping.
Being able to go through spaces in buildings (e.g. Monorail station) would be nice, too.
