I've got a game going as Portugal, and the game keeps crashing in late Jan 1357. Is this a problem others have seen? I playing 1.2v from steam, but I am playing offline not using the steam server. The game has worked great so far, and I was able to start a new game just fine so it has to be just my late Portugal game.

also had trouble registering the game. The code steam sent me is 5 numbers too short, and I tried putting xxxxx at the end but it did'nt help

There is a known crash bug with 1.02 fixed in the 1.03 patch, to do with characters being flagged as "Interesting". If you're starting a new game, definitely apply that patch before you go any further.
Thanks, I downloaded the new patch. I tried to load the old 1357 Portugal game and it got past where it used to crash, but then crashed in Feb 1357 instead of in Jan. I am not sure if the patch fixed the issue or not because the old 1.2v save file is no longer compatable. Have you heard anything from other users that had similar problems after they got the new patch.
