Latest patch is? UK=PAN??

Noticed that the "Pan Vision Scandinavian Ver 1.03b" and "UK Ver 1.03b" in the Sticky above is the same file. Is this the case? I can safely install the UK version on my PAN version?

From the download site:-

Hearts of Iron 1.03b update
This update only works with the Scandinavian and UK versions.

Just tested the UK version install and it works with my PAN.

Yup they use the same patch. So you should have no problem.
