launch failure

I have uninstalled and reinstalled alreay. As soon as i i start the game I get a "launch error". Any advice other than throwing this in the garbage?

I'm sorry you've had problems so far, I can only reassure you that we've been able to get pretty much everyone going. Run DXDIAG, Save All Info, and post dxdiag.txt here, down to include the Sound Devices only. Also please post your settings.txt and system.log. Thanks.

I just launch from the "golden eage" icone in the game folder. all is fine. now i gotta figure how to play as eygpt. I lose all my man power iwith the war with the Seculids.

if it worked without the launcher your problem had something to do with incorrectly installed .NET binaries.
