launch issue

hello everyone, i have been facing an issue running the game for two months since the pandemic, i press the play button and i see"lunching the game failed"

Is this really with EU3? Sounds more like EU4 or a similar current game ...

Considering that all of your icons show EUIV, not EUIII, I think AndrewT is probably correct: you're probably posting in the wrong forum.
