A fixed version (2022.5-rc.3) has now been released. Hopefully this will resolve the issue - If not, please contact support or post in this thread.

We are currently experiencing some troubles with the cloud sync in the latest launcher beta - If you are using the beta and use the PDX Mods backend and play logged in and the launcher detects a conflict between local and cloud state - You should choose to retain the cloud version rather than the local version. Choosing the local version may under some circumstances delete the contents of your playsets.
If you are using the regular release of the launcher; no worries. Finding this kind of stuff is what the beta is for. Likewise if you use Steam Workshop mods, these should be unaffected by the sync bug.
We are working to resolve the issue and are hoping for a reasonably quick fix.
