Launcher crashes on Linux

Description​

After the game is clicked on Steam, the launcher screen pops-up and after about 3s, it crashes and re-appears and then crashes again. I have attached the core-dump, launcher logs and syslog I grabbed with journalctl. Note: the attached syslog only shows one of the crash since the two are basically the same.

Fixed after first downloading the 2023_13 launcher installer, extracting it and installing it after removing the .paradoxlauncher folder. The launcher then updates itself to 2023_14_1, which fixes the crash issue. The 2023_14 version from the game or the paradox website does NOT work, since it crashes before it can update.

The 2023_13 version can be downloaded from: https://launcher.paradoxinteractive.com/v2/paradox-launcher-installer-2023_13.deb. If you are not using a Debian/Ubuntu system, then use your archive manager to browse through the deb package, and take out the launcher executable.

All problem solved! Just needed to update the launcher manually. Unfortunately it never fetched the fixed one no matter how many times I deleted it. So had to downgrade first.
