So, I launched the game from Steam today via launcher, played several hours and all was fine. Saved, quit (non-ironman).
Now I'm trying to launch it again to continue playing, but the launcher won't start. Starting the game via eu4.exe straight from the steam common folder WORKS, BUT that way there are no DLCs.
The OC is Windows 8.1 (I know, I know. Nor Steam, neither Paradox support it, but nor me, neither my laptop have the resources for Windows 10. Plus, it worked fine the 1st time I launched it).
How do I launch it again?
