Launcher error, Says No access to read/write access to directory with game data

Havent played in a few weeks, came back to this error. Uninstall/Reinstall does not fix error. When hitting resume or play, game crashes on the loading screen.

after searching another article, i found that the problem lies with Windows Defender Ransomware protection
