Launcher not logging in

This has become a recent thing over the past few wees where I got to launch EU4 sometimes it works eventually but sometimes it straight up wont log in even if left open for 15mins+. Ive heard somewhere someone mention firewalls being related and ive allowed EU4 to be an exception but not sure if that covers the launcher. I have validated EU4 files and it comes out as no issues. Like I say its been around for a bit alittle but now its 100% and curious if there were any tips or explainations. Nothings changed with the account regarding password or log in as I dont touch that and im on here fine so is the same.

It does not, they are separate apps.

eu4.exe and dowser.exe (in the Steam EU4 folder)
C:/users/{username}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2.2023.4.1/paradox launcher.exe
