Launcher stuck at fetching my games.

It just sits there endlessly attempting to do this. I'm trying to play HOI4 and have been for several hours now this morning.

I'm 99% sure this is the problem. My external drive(where I've got "My Documents" redirected to) isn't working.

That will be the problem, yes. You'll need to redirect your Windows user Documents folder to the default place on C:
