The problem with GFN is that we can't get any logs, none at all, meaning we can't see what's blocking it. I see you're on the latest version of the launcher (2022.5) but the game was updated last night to 1.33.3, try updating it and see if it makes a difference.
Since it works locally the issue clearly on GFN and I'm afraid we can't really help with that since, again, we can't get any details from them. I'd say you need to talk to them again as we're not really able to troubleshoot this further
