Here is leader database with all data filled in, based on leaders in version 1.05. Contains all leaders in all leader files of Aberration.

DL it here

I guess I'll try to get some "easy-to-use" buttons inside it someday so people not familiar with Excel can sort them out easily.

One word: Awesome. :)

Checking around the generals need real toning down, too many shock 6's there.

Don't forget to look for longevity too - a shock 6 who lives 5 years is much more agreeable than one who lives 17+..

The only broken leader I found within ½minute was Prinz Eugen of Savoy.. 60 unbroken years of 6 6 6 1 ?

@Byak: Do you think you could add a column for 'years' - that says approx how many years the leader lives - saves the bother to try to calculate from start/enddates?

Yep, I could. Conqs and explos already have such column.

Prinz Eugen is pretty über and should be, but yep, he shouldn't be able to fight in the field for so long.

We can't just look at "leaders" and think that they should all be balanced versus each other.

For example.
Brittany got Richemont for 4 decades in the early years. What is that worth in game-terms, compared to Granada who got a safe back to the south?

I think the reasoning with lowering the 60 years is that even if one assumes taking command as 20 year old man, he would be 80 when he quits leading troops...

If the leaders are balanced I will do it, and I hope everyone believes that I am able to keep the big picture in mind.:D

Of course I have confidence in you, Archduke, although I will confess to feeling somewhat territorial where northern Italy and Granada are concerned -- especially after putting all that work into the condoteirri.

Ideally, I would like to be given the opportunity to defend and/or justify my design decisions before there is any sweeping revision of leaders for my countries.

Edit: In fact, I would be more than happy to explain my leadership strategy for all of the countries I've done leaders for. If, after my explainations, anyone feels I've missed the mark, I'll happily undertake any needed modifications personally.

I will make a check tomorow and tell you which leaders I think should be toned down. Have no fear, MM, Aberration is far off where changes are made overnight and quickly.:)

That's a bit of a relief, AD.

I think Granada only has a few truly powerful generals: Tariq al-Husayn, Hishram II and Ya'qub I. Hishram and Jacob are mutually exclusive, belonging to separate dynasties. Tariq is Bayard's muslim counterpart, although Tariq is statistically inferior to Bayard.

Other strong generals for Granda are Mahir Rashad, Meghighda Atiq, Jabbar al-Sadat and Izz al Din.

Just a note: You may want to wait until I get my next Granada update in before you review their leaders. In my latest patch thingie I have tweaked leaders a little bit (although not to downgrade them, admittedly) and added a lot of events to make the first century harder for the Sultanate. These things should probably be taken into account when considering Granada.

Take your time, guys. I am currently a bit busy with university and stuff.

But have no fear, my changes list is growing by day and the next version will be probably as big as the last one.;)
