Has anyone created new leaders?

I am wondering if anyone is interested in creating a leader mod, to add and modify leaders to better fit history (i.e., correct leaders, correct rank, etc...)

I for one am interested in fixing up some of the minors, as they tend to be under-represented in historic leaders.

The Dutch are one. There seems to be a lot of leaders for the Dutch Army in Europe, but none for the Dutch Army in the East Indies.

Is there a way to add leaders without removing existing ones? I see that there are tags for each of the leaders, and don't know if there is a limit to the number, and if this limit is close.

I managed to track down pictures and information for all of the Dutch Generals who commanded in the East Indies.

-Lieutenant General van Oyen (KNIL Air leader)
-Lieutenant General Berenschot (KNIL Army leader until 1941, dies in air crash)
-Lieutenant General ter Poorten (KNIL Army leader from 1941)
-Major General Schilling (1st Division/Military District)
-Major General Cox (2nd Division/Military District)
-Major General Ilgen (2nd Division/Military District later 3rd Division/Military District)
-Major General Overaker (substantial Dutch forces in Northern Sumatra)
-Major General Pessman (Java Cavalry Commander)

After 1.02 is released, I would like to try and work on creating an accurate OOB, and leadership for HoI should there be any holes.

I am not really going to be doing much to the files until 1.02 is released (as I don't want to do unecessary work).

Yes... I would propose waiting till 1.02 as that patch will contain heavy alternations to the leader files

One thing about leaders...
If you play a minor without edited leaders and a default leader increases in skill you cannot promote him. Also he disppears if you happen to send all units commanded by him be sent to the force pool. I think it would be better if you could keep a 0-0 leader and be able to promote him and keep him after he gains skill or rank at least.

will you plan to extend the pool of ministers available, for that of some countries (Italy in 1936) is rather shallow.

I would love to... But I don't have the time to research all this. If you or other ppl have info, suggestions, things for MINISTERS that should be added, more cabinet positions etc... Let me know. Either here or, preferably in my mail box (see sig)
