Leader Pics Tutorial

Just finished a quick tutorial on making leader pictures. Seeing Generalissmo still figuring out how to make proper leaderpics maybe I'll do a short tutorial. For those interested on adding new leader/minister pictures check this out (RIGHT CLICK THEN SAVE TARGET AS IF YOU HAVE SOME PROBLEMS WITH SAVING).
