[Leftover Code] FamilyCell is either missing the QualityGraded property or it has leftover Grading Item IDs left in it's code

Was going to mention that you're grading the PA system twice for the FamilyCell (Other rooms that grade PA system only have Grading Type HasPASystem and not Grading Type ID PASystem), but then noticed that FamilyCell doesn't even have the property QualityGraded. So are Family Cells intended to be graded or is the two Grading entries leftover code?
