Legendary Hunt is bugged, sighting is in county within realm, but cannot hold legendary hunt + tooltip messed up

Description​

Legendary sighting is within one of my vassal's counties, but the tooltip is messed up, and doesn't allow me to actually start a legendary hunt. See attached screenshots.

Steps to reproduce​

Just try to start a legendary hunt once you received a sighting.
