Let´s plays for Stellaris and/or HOI4??

So, now that we have release dates and (it seems) pretty stable builds for both those games, are you gonna send some preview builds to some of the let's players like Quill, Arumba, Shen or Northernlion??

If so, how soon can we expect those? I just can't get enough of the streams and DD's for those games

You will get your weekly HoI and Stellaris (singleplayer) fixes on Wednesday and Thursday, and that won't gonna change until release. In fact, I understood it like there may be an additional multiplayer stream for Stellaris on another day in the future, while for HoI they never said something like that (just that they need to discuss futher plans).

Regarding external streamers however, I'm not aware of a case where they allow them to show the game earlier than like a week before release, and I doubt that will change, as giving out unfished builds with potentially serious bugs to "third parties" is bad marketing.

I'm pretty sure I remember watching a few for cities skylines. In particular quills. Not sure if they'll do it again but skylines broke paradox records so maybe.

If they send out preview builds, it won't be more than a week or two ahead of the release date (assumming PDX maintains their current policy).
