After building anything to do with levy size increases (keep, upgrading a castle, slave camps) the levy goes to zero and refreshes (painfully slowly). it doesn't seem to matter if my levies are raised or not btw. I've been seiging places before when suddenly 4k troops disappear because a holding on the other side of the world (where the levies originated) completed an upgrade.

Is this a bug or a feature? haven't checked if it happens across all cultures but in my pirate games (my favorite thing about this mod) it is hugely frustrating as i need to be at war at all times.

Yup.

I have a feeling its caused by the same modifiers that reduce your levy size temporarily after improving a castle. Only it seems to stack and not go away?
