Liege died while attempting the "Petition Liege" decision and prevented me from doing any other activities.

Description​

I was doing a run of the Turkish Eagle achievement and as I was travelling to petition my liege the Seljuk emperor he passed away. His son inherited his titles and the capital was moved but my character still travelled to where the old capital was then turned around and came back, I received the normal message prompt when I returned home however when I attempted to go on another activity it was blocked saying I couldn't do another activity while petitioning my liege.

Steps to reproduce​

Start as Count of Samosata
Become a direct vassal of the emperor
Begin travel to petition liege
Have Liege die mid travel
