in the faq's - there was a remark about the limit for mobilising troops. I guess it was at 10%,

but as duke of FLanders, my liege the king of France is mobilising the regiment of Ypres on and on - it only has 14 soldiers!

Why can the AI ask to mobilise on and on 14 soldiers? :confused:
