Liege not entering regency while travelling

Description​

I became my liege's preferred regent. He accepted just as he started travelling, and since then he has been able to travel without entering a regency.

Steps to reproduce​

Ask liege to become regent while he is at home, then make liege start travelling while pondering the answer

I'm pretty sure I sent the request before he started travelling and that he accepted after starting his journey. It all happened very fast though so it might have been in another order.

Hello there! The reason your Liege didn't enter the regency is because the activity he attended happened within his realm. Characters enter the regency only when they travel outside of their realm, so this is as designed.
