Hello,
just bought the Game today and played 78 minutes then the game just crashed.
Ok, can happen. I started the game again, selected Continue and a Quest Message "Use a bridge between worlds" shows up.
As soon as I click the only possible button, the game crashes. The Quest Message vanished before the crash.
What I did so far:
* Reduced the Video settings to minimum, was very high before.
* Installed the beta version.
* Switched back from German to English.
PC/OS
* MB: MSI H97 Guard-Pro
* CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1231 v3 @ 3.40GHz
* GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970, 4GB
* Monitor resolution: 2560x1440
* RAM: 8GB
* Linux Mint 17 with Kernel 3.16.7-031607-generic, can't use an older kernel because the sound would not work with my MB.
* NVidia 346.16, no downgrade possible because of the GPU.
To get more information I started the game in gdb (thats why I could see that the Quest message disappears.). Here is the back trace (can't see much without the source code though
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

(gdb) list
1 /home/linuxroot/Documents/w2build/project/skyengine/BMCompress/zlib/inflate.c: No such file or directory.
Don't know if this will help. But it looks like the Game is crashing in its own code, not in a system lib or driver.
Next step, starting a new game, maybe I will come further this time. Will let the beta and English version active for now.
If I can help with more information or if I can check some thing, please let me know.
Regards,
Dax
