List of provinces adjacent to minor rivers

Hello, I'm putting together a data set about all the provinces but I can't find which provinces are adjacent to minor rivers. I found adjacencies.csv for major rivers and coast, but that doesn't help with minor rivers. Where is that information saved, or is there any list? thank you.
