I tried to find the answer to that obvious question here, but is it possible to load a game saved with 1.08 using a 1.07 game (either on PC or with the mac version)?

We make no gaurantees, always best to start a new game with a new version.
And for the MAC no idea we do not support it, I did not even know they had patched to PC 1.08.

BTW, the mac version is only up to 1.07 - what I was asking was wether it was possible to load with it a PC game played with 1.08.

I do not know if they are compatible, I know nothing about the Mac version, which is one reason we do not offer support.
