Looks like you are trying to play an old save file, is that right?
Save version does not match with game's version.
Save originally created on version 139
Current game version is 159. Can you start and play a new colony okay?

yes that way is simpler than starting new session.

anyway I attached log file when I started new session about normal game.

I'm very confuesed I CAN play game previous time, but currently I CANNOT play game. and even doesn't know reason...

The CrashReport reference UpdateManager, maybe the update was incomplete or download had broken file chunks.

But if so, it still does not explain why you had issues before new patch dropped.

Have you done a game "Verify Files"? and if still crashing the same, Quit Steam and restart?
May also need to do a full game uninstall and reinstall (complete with checking that the user data and game data is totally deleted).
If you need step-by-step guide I can find a link in this forum where I (or AndrewT) supplied the full instructions. You can probably find it, too. Search full uninstall reinstall.

3. fully uninstall and reinstall

- remove game
- delete C:/users/<UserName>/documents/Paradox Interactive/Surviving the Aftermath/
- delete C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/LocalLow/IceFlake Studios/
- install game

After clicking the Start button on Steam, are you logged-in In the Paradox Launcher?
And in the Game's Main menu, are you also logged in?
Do you have any DLCs? After logged in, if you clicked on the i-button at the bottom right corner, are these DLCs listed? If no DLCs, you can verify the game is updated if the changelogs for that patch version is listed.

Before starting a new game, go to options and set the graphics settings to the next lower tier than "High" and switch to Windowed mode. Then, start a new game.
Or is the crash happening right after the main menu is loaded, don't even get the chance to go to game's settings? if so, Any intro video launched?

Re: full uninstall and reinstall -
When you say "remove game", used Steam to uninstall, right?
How about in Steam game data folders? Did you verify files were gone after the uninstall step? We want to force Steam to re-download a fresh set and not use the downloaded files or any caches.
D:/Steam/steamapps/common/Surviving the Aftermath/

I cannot find if the question was asked and answered, since there's so many threads, I might have missed it. Ever subscribed to mods on Steam Workshop? If had unsubscribed, there should be no folders under the "684450" folder path below
D:/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/684450

Is there another drive to test install the game to, other than the D:/ drive?

If updating Steam and re-verifying and re-installing files does not fix crash, means we're dealing with other causes.

If C and D drives are SSD, look for an SSD drive health check app from your drive brand Manufacturer. You can check for the brand name in your DxDiag report.

Proceed if have HDD and not SSD, to check for HDD bad sector or other issues:
Open a command prompt, run as Administrator.
- run a chkdsk on drives C and D, change the drive letter when one completes and do the other
chkdsk c: /f

- also run sfc while you're on C:/
sfc /scannow

Failing all the above (no issues with disk drives), what, if any, changes to Windows OS? Between when game can be played and after crashing started, any new Antivirus, Security apps or other apps installed?
Windows Updates that need a reboot or pending updates to be applied?
