Loan bug with 1/09 multiplayer

OK, currently I'm in a LAN game with a friend as England...and I have begun the wondrous habit of taking out loans for no reason. The computer just takes a loan and I get fresh capital. Fresh capital when I am it 650 gold in the bank, with positive income per month. Sometimes with negative income per month. With nothing to spend it on, zero merchants standing by (i use autosend, i'm lazy). As an added bonus I could not pay off the first group of 5 loans (it takes loans out at random times...sometimes beginning of month sometimes end) so I currently have 8 or so loans outstanding. I originally thought you can not have more than 5 loans without going bankrupt, but I currently have 8 with no sign of stopping in sight. I have the save game file, where do I send it? thanks

when I played as Austria and when I played as portugal in MP games.

I have 1.09 benelux version and IGC is NOT installed

since this appears pretty certainly to be a bug, you might be better posting in the Support forum. Or maybe you already did - I don't read that one
