Lobby appeasement journal entry bugged

Description​

The 'Lobby appeasement' journal entry keeps firing, closing and re-firing in a two day cycle with no possibility of completing it. The journal entry instructions state "Increase _icon_name Appeasement to 3 (currently level 0)". This makes the 'Learn the Game' tutorial impossible to complete.

Steps to reproduce​

Playing as Upper Canada, have confederated several states (Lower Canada, Hudson Bay Company, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia). The "Tell me how' instructions highlight the Pro-Britain lobby as target of journal entry though the level of this lobby is 2 (not 0 as stated on the journal entry), Britain is still overlord and Upper Canada's liberty desire is 'Colony'. Approximately 5 years earlier in the game Britain was in a civil war which Upper Canada was dragged into; this war was between the Magna Mancunian and Greater Manchester. The civil war ended with Great Britain being restored and Queen Victoria remaining monarch.
