Is it possible to issolate areas of the map and create local scenarios? For example, would it be possible to make all the sea areas around the British isles impassable (leaving the sea zones between Britain and Ireland passable) and maybe remove the provinces of mainland Europe? If so, how?

Thanks

Go to Crusader kings/db/provinces.csv and change the terrain of all provinces except the British ones to sea, that should work I guess. Though I never tried it

Cheers, will hopefully give this a go at the weekend. The idea is that if the size of the map is reduced then the creation of new start date scenarios should become more plausible as you only need to research and set up a small area of the original map. You'd end up with a game of much smaller scope than the original but hopefully one that would still be interesting.
