Localization - Korean - Text code error - "MAX_RECURSIVE_DEPTH" appears before Regency (since 1.9.1)

Description​

Tested in English and found that this is a localization error.
Attached both screenshots (Korean and English)

I'm not sure if this is related to the specific activity (pilgrimage). However, I did not see this error when power sharing with the regent before that. I only noticed it this time when I started the pilgrimage. EDIT) I think this is a new problem since the last patch.

EDIT) Found same thing on <I inherited Regency> message. Attached screenshot.

Steps to reproduce​

The detailed pilgrimage options may not mean much. I've verified that it reproduces with the other pilgrimage options.

Open sav file (Korean language) -> Activity > Pilgrimage > Pious Pilgrimage > Select Cologne > Activity Option = Pilgrim + Ceremonial > Start

EDIT) This can be reproduced by opening any new game and start pilgrimage.
