Locked into the hunt event 'Softly, Softly' making the game unable to continue.

Description​

At the end of a hunt I'm participating in, but not hosting, the game is unable to continue as clicking the button just reopens the window with the exact same single option to end the hunt in an endless loop. The game is now completely locked into this state as attempting to unpause time also just reopens this window not allowing me to do anything but click this one button over and over. Closing and restarting the game has not solved the issue. I am playing as Matilda of Tuscany attending the hunt of Duke Renaud of Upper Burgundy; it has been 29 years since game start. I have no mods running and am on the newly released 1.9.0.2 version of the game with all DLC enabled.

Steps to reproduce​

I accepted a hunt request from the AI, travelled to the location and went through the other hunt events as normal and am now locked into this one event as described above.
