We are looking for dedicated to join our multiplayer group on steam. We will host a dedicated game that runs on the friday and the weekend, which we will continue every week but there are also fun games that we play everyday.
This is the group: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/ck2gotmp
Please only join if you intend to be active, we had over 150 members but the inactive ones have been removed from the group. We usually play between 6pm - late (GMT). If you are unable to play for sometime, e.g going on holiday, let me know (Steam name is jbutton169) and i'll make sure you don't get kicked. We have a list of rules and regulations as well, they are as followed;
RULES:
MAIN POINT: Do not be too liberal about the rules. The ultimate aim is to have fun, create story, and undergo a certain experience, not to win.
1. Play the game according to your character's values, traits and skills.
2. Faceless men are allowed when you have a good RP reason.
3. No travelling to the Smoking Sea.
4. No ruler designer.
5. Don't Game-Over other players without a valid roleplay reason.
6. Don't name children with inappropriate and non-canon names, and don't rename dynasties, titles, and counties unless it fits the canon. Also don't get ridiculous hairstyles.
7. Don't abuse bugs or do gamey stuff to gain advantage over players, and always bear in mind other players' enjoyment of the game.
8. Don't overly pause the game for management, unless in the middle of a war.
9. Don't imprison vassal players without adhering to the following regulation: Use in-game chat to demand from vassal players to turn themselves in or (RP in chat) send a retinue of men to capture them. The vassal player then decides whether to ''turn in/get captured'' or raise in rebellion against their liege with a casus belli of their choosing (preferably depose or independent). If the vassal player allows himself to be captured, the liege player is free to imprison them, and if the vassal avoids imprisonment due to game mechanics, and raises to war, they must surrender, and the war gets dismissed. (This rule doesn't apply, if the vassal player is at the liege player's location; e.g. Training troops for the king at King's Landing)
10. Don't send fake surrender messages to enemy players (''enforce demands'' while losing).
11. Don't disband armies just before an inevitable clash with enemy armies.
12. Don't raise army stacks from lord paramounts as the king during a 'megawar'. Only troops you may raise are direct high lord and lord vassals in Crownlands and occasionally elsewhere.
13. Faction overview & betrothals are OOC. Knowledge about them can only be gained through in-character means.
14. Agression on any holdings in Crownlands is considered an agression against the Iron Throne.
15. Any sort of expansion into Essos is forbidden for gameplay reasons.
LOBBY RULES:
1. Do not join the game, if you are not told to by the host.
2. Do not write in the small box shown upon starting the multi-player game (game has tendencies to desynchronize, when you write there)
When playing with us, you automatically agree to adhere to those rules, and if you break them you may be removed from the sessions, temporarily, or permanently, depending on the severity of the rule-break.
I look forward to seeing you.
