I found few sources for WW2 tanks and other land equipment, but not so much for planes or ships, let alone helicopters or early/late cold war equipment. Monetary cost of the equipment is easier to find, but its pretty hard to come up with reasonable man-hour cost from monetary cost.
Reason for search-Comparing Hearts of Iron 4 production costs. Also im making a mod and i can only eyeball the cost, but for some equipment like flyers or ships i just dont have enough knowledge.
