I've been having some issues where it seems like my steam account has unsubscribed, by itself, from some mods; I was having trouble starting my cities until I figured out there were some assets that I was missing. I got my main city working again, for a moment, but now it seems a few more assets have gone missing, and when I used the tool in the content manager to subscribe to missing assets, four assets "Failed to subscribe" because "Item does not exist." It's now causing a simulation error when I try to load up that city. Is there a way to create some asset that I can use to replace the assets I'm missing? Looking for workarounds because I really don't want to lose this city.

In terms of which assets/mods I'm missing, it isn't telling me anything useful to me, just these random strings of numbers. They are:
2309794214
2281964373
2266312441
2093923055

If anyone is able to help me figure out which assets/mods/etc those numbers refer to, I'd be incredibly grateful.

Okay: In the last ~20 minutes, the issue seems to have resolved. I tried (so far as I can tell) the exact same thing and got a noticeably different result (the assets loaded, and now my city loaded fully). It seems like an issue with the Big Urban Roads packs (and by issue with, I mean those were the assets that were missing for me, for a minute, not that anything seemed to be wrong with the assets themselves.

I'm still curious for help here: I'm not sure why I was temporarily unsubscribed from these assets, as I didn't do that myself--unless some other action on my part also included unsubscribing from some assets, in a way that I'm simply not aware of. I would also still love to know how to connect the ten-digit numbers to the specific assets so I can do some diagnostic work on my own in future.
