I took advantage of the sale to get the Starter Edition deal, Apocalypse, and some Species Packs.
This included the Galaxy Edition Upgrade, and I am looking for evidence of its existence.

I found my SteamApps\common\Stellaris folder, but no ebook/soundtrack/wallpaper folders in there.
I have enabled all DLC in the steam client.
I have verified the integrity of files.
There is no "ebook" or "wallpaper" folder on the entire computer.

I've explored every nook and cranny of the Steam client to no avail.

Steam support said to ask you guys for help, any advice what I should do?
