I'll have to wait to see what it is, and how the steam charts look after it's released, I have said that DLC is the only way to save this game currently.

Judging by Eugen MadMat's replies in this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/Steel_Division/comments/6vj06s/prepare_your_udders_for_the_milk_machine/ and looking at his WW2 analogies, the general plan seems to be that Eugen acknowledges that this game had a very rough start, but can somehow be saved and turned into a great game with post-launch content.

Now that I know @EUG_MadMat enjoys a good bait of the rosbif enough to post I'll be asking questions very differently.

"hey MadMat, did you know the only thing more pathetic than than an Englishman's face is the performance of 3rd Armored in 1v1? Can we get some infantry availability and an armored rifles price buff? It'd make the stinking rosbif so mad!"

hopefully madman will dig deep and release some more SS division. or if lucky we can get eastern front.

Nah they'll just buff the French deck if they want to annoy the brits.

Well, you guys better hurry up a bit with your release then. The attention focus is currently on the Gamescon which lasts until 26.08. and in september a lot of AAA titles is going to be released. If you do not want to drown marketing/ attention wise in their huge advertising campaigns you have roughly the week from the 4th to the 10th of september left to gain a sliver of attention (taking into consideration your usual marketing efforts (which are close to zero)). After the 10th, maybe even that is too late, you'll see lots of ads, advertorials, trailers, lets play videos and whatnot for xcom 2 war of the chosen (29.08.) total war:warhammer 2 (28.09.) and other titles.
