Hello All, I have a couple of quick questions

{1} Is there any way to deliberately loot provinces or is it a semi-random based on the army size being higher than supply limit?

(2) Is there a way to destroy city walls after conquering a province?

(3) Is there any way, apart from the consequences of war to deliberately lower the population limit in a city?

I've just had some trouble with the Scots, and now I hold all their provinces I'd like to ensure that they never bother me again, but I don't want to annex the country. I just want to give their folk singers something to wail about after my army leaves.

You might wish to loot, pillage, set to torch a province and it's improvements if the province was prone to rebellion and you doubted being able to hold onto it or thought the cost of doing so was too high. In fact, this was common throughout the 30-year war in central Europe where the infrastructure as well as population took a terrible toll.

This would be a good feature in the game.

The reason I don't want Scotland is because I'm fearful of being drawn into wars over those 4 provinces. I don't mind the Scots existing, as long as they're knocked back to the stone age :)

I just want to weaken them and make them easier to fend off should they ever come back.
