lost my fleet

I was playing Sweeden (Paradox did not add Norway ) and after a war with Russia my fleet was not in the best chape. I did move ot to Stockholm and did use the reinforce button on the fleet (like u do in e.g. HoI) and the feet was gone. Complitly gone, not showing upp on the buildig que or annyting... I did play 5 yeares or so more but my fleet was and is gone .... is it a bug or did I miss annyting???

I am playing Victoria 1.01

hmm, the fleet is probably in the reserves pool... check the manual where it is.

Exactly.

Just like in HoI you can't just "reinforce" ships, you have to send them to the drydocks to be repaired.

Oh NO. Man, that was a micromanagement nightmare in HOI...

I usually just have them in port, and they repair almost as quick.

I can't find them in the reserves pool, and the manual does not say annyting about it.

Click the box at the bottom of the military panel where it shows 'recruiting' and 'mobilization' and you should see a list just as in HOI. They'll have a black box across the bottom of the unit when they aren't ready to deploy, and an arrow showing when they are.

I did try to load a saved game and do it again but I coud not (my fleet was not in that bad chape then). When it did happend
i was having negative manpower I think or I was 2-3 points over but my fleet was 50% damage. So I am wondering if it is posible to fix u fleet with to few manpower. e.g. I need 20 manpower butI only have 10. Then it did happend? Annyway my fleet is lost but not a big problem becouse I started a new game, was just wondering.

same for me, if you reinforce them they are gone...forever....

I lost half the royal navy that way

Just leave them in port, they'll auto-refit. .

I have has this happen to me as well. Re-inforce, and wave bye-bye to your fleet. I think even their admiral disappeared as well.
