in one of my games I had a strange thing happening - the German king was a Dutch magician! Yes - weird man!

I noticed it when I checked culture and saw all demesne provinces for the German king had become Dutch (his culture off course). The guy was a zealous crusader and had some other traits too, so he was good at converting. No problemo,

Now the German king takes a rebellious Frankisch county out of action - the Dutch king ads the county (Sout of France) to his demesne and "abracadabra" and 2 months later - all those guys are Dutch! I checked it out, they were Frankisch before it become demesne and a few months later - Dutch!

so either a bit of a bug or magic, sorry for the Dutchmen ;)

to the point = shouldn't there be a lower limit on culture change - like f.e. at least 1, 3 or 5 years? :)
