Loyal Bishop goes independent

I have had a Bishop who was my vassal suddenly become soveriegn. His loyalty was at 100%. To top it off, I did not even get a claim on his title.

I am still playing that game if someone wants to take a look at it, but there is no indication he was ever my vassal so I don't know what he could see, unless it's language in a file or something. And I have progressed some years since it happened. (carelessly, I grant)

If you gave him, his title during a war, it is a known bug. Also, the easy way to fix this, is to 'make him an offer he can't refuse'. F12, type 'byzantine', offer vassalization, wait till he accepts, type 'byzantine' again and back to the game.
