[LP?] Making new HoI3 video shorts, want critique

I recently started making HoI3 videos and I continue to refine my videos with each episode, and I'd love it if some of you guys checked it out and gave some criticism!

I know Mitja's voice is a little low, but I went through the painful process of making subtitles to understand it better. He will be louder in future episodes.

Keep in mind that I am basically brand new to this thing, I'd love constructive criticism and I'll do my best to oblige to what you all think would be best =)

With all due respect:
1. Use a better mic. It sounds like you're talking through a kazoo.
2. Try not to breathe into the mic.
3. Try to avoid saying "umm..."
4. Please don't end on a black screen, even while you're trying to wrap things up.

To end on a good note:
1. You stayed on the topic of the game. Some people ramble about other things but you stayed on topic and had interesting things to say.
2. You showed gameplay as much as possible. Some people muck around in a screen while interesting things are going elsewhere.
