Lunatic trait still doesn't get inherited

Description​

The inheritable Lunatic trait doesn't get inherited when both parents have the inheritable Lunatic trait.
This was an issue for at least a year when I first reported it on version 1.4.4

I included a collaged screenshot which shows my ruler, her husband and 5 children.

Steps to reproduce​

Create custom Lunatic. Find a Lunatic character of the opposite gender. Marry them, make babies.
