CHAPTER 1- 1st January 1936

Stenio Vincent waved at the exuberant crowd in front of him, he had won the elections!! After a grueling 15 year occupation by the United States of America, Haiti was finally back in the hands of the Haitian people. He knew that there was a lot to be done: Firstly, Haiti had to build up its military to prevent another occupation and to expand, of course, secondly, He had to oust Trujillo, the anti-Haitian 'president' of the Dominican Republic, and thirdly, he'd have to make sure that Haiti stayed out of world affairs, so that their former masters wouldn't return to haunt them.
But before doing all that, he will have to reorganize the government:

Clearly the Foreign Minister,Albert Blanchet would have to go, and so would the corrupt minister of security, Luis D Bellegarde. No matter, Stenio thought, we'll find replacements soon enough.

The new minister of foreign affairs, Stenio had decided, would be Georges Leger, not a right-winger, but not a left-winger either: he was perfect. The new minister of security would be Emilie Lescot, already being armament minister, why not take another defense related job?

That's the end of chapter 1, tell me how i did, and if you liked it. ;)

Well I think this is a first timer! Don't think I ever saw a Haïti AAR.
That IC is possibly the lowest I've ever seen...
Taking out the Dominican Republic shouldn't be too hard, as long as they aren't guaranteed by the USA.
It'll be interesting to see your production and research focus, since that must be really limited.

Anyways, following along, good luck

CHAPTER 2- 1st January- 28th January 1936

Stenio sighed, with the amount of factories at their disposal, they would barely be able to fight Liberia:

Three factories only were dedicated to war, he'd have to fix that with the passing of a few new laws:

That would help the construction of new fighting regiments considerably.
The man in military uniform saluted to Stenio:
"Hello Emilie."
"Hello Mr President, you wanted to see me?"
"Yes, I see that in one of your reports that our army and nation is technologically inferior to the rest of the world; we must change that."
"Yes... so?"
"Well firstly, I want you to increase our industrial production capacity and to make things run even more efficiently-"
"But... sir, shouldn't we make our army more advanced? I mean, we will be at war very soon and we really cannot afford to have many losses in the war with Santa Domingo-"
"Are you saying that we must shy away from our duties of ruling this island because a few of our men will die?"
"What, no-"
"ARE YOU SAYING THAT THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH TO REUNITE THIS ISLAND! BECAUSE I TELL YOU, NO PRICE IS TOO HIGH FOR A BETTER HAITI!!"
"No sir, I-"
"Get out before you say another treacherous word... and you may just keep your job."

The general sprinted out of the room.

Thanks for reading another chapter, tell me how I did and how I can make it better.

You might want to look into those LS sliders. I doubt you have a lot of use for spies, besides internal, and I wouldn't put anything into officers while your laws are still crap. I'd recommend a little bit into diplomacy for trade etc, and then focus on research. With 4,56 LS you need every drop you can get out of it. Don't start recruiting officers until you can advance your recruitment laws to 2-year or 3-year draft, it's just a waste of (very limited) leadership.

Other than that, I'd say you'r off to a good start. Go kick those pretenders off your island!

Haha, I'll happily kick those pretenders off the island!!:p

Chapter 3- 28th January- 17th April

CHAPTER 3- 28th January- 17th April 1936

Haiti's industry was ready, ready for war, all that had to be done now, was the rearmament of the armed forces:
t2OiFtU.jpg

Firstly, Stenio ordered Lescot, Minister of Armament to build new divisions for the army: a militia division.
Stenio decided that the only way to make sure that Haiti's men were better than Trujillo's men was through training:

The Haitian army would now have the training that normally only the most elite would get. In addition, to prepare for war, Stenio ordered Haitian industry to start focusing on war production: ammo, food etc. and that now on the 23rd February, all able-bodied Haitian men would now have to join the army for one year, thus allowing Haiti to field many more men.
On the same day, Spain broke into civil war, Fascists vs Socialists, Nationalists vs Republicans etc. Stenio had his preferences, but Haiti wouldn't get involved.

Then, lastly... Stenio ordered the country to mobilize:

War was on Haiti's doorstep.

Thanks for reading another chapter, tell me how I did and how I can do better:)

Looks good so far, subbed! Instead of badly blowing images out of proportion like in the second part you should use a program like Microsoft Paint, Paint.net, or even gyazo to crop it down without blowing up the resolution and making it hard to see.

I agree with ryan404000.

If you don't have HoI3 running through steam, I'd recommend using the snipping tool - you don't even need to touch a image editor (it's included with Windows. You'll need to run the game in windowed mode though). If you're running though steam, use the steam screenshot system instead - and crop your images.
