Hi there, I've noticed when I start to blob in the mid/late game my game has performance issues with FPS & also after awhile it will simply be unable to save, giving me an error message that it "cannot save for unknown reasons". Now this my come down to having a relatively antiquated imac with 8gb ram & other poor specs, but I'm hoping there is a solution for a mac user like myself out there.

We have another such report here:
https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...nable-to-save-for-unknown-reason-mac.1189111/

I can't dupe it on my iMac. On 32bit Windows this is due to having access to inadequate memory, only 2gb. While MacOS is 64bit of course CK2 is still 32bit so can only access 4gb there.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

Also in Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that here.

Hi there, thanks for the reply. Setting.txt is attached but I'm having issues attaching any file that I put any text in myself for some reason (the file is greyed out when I try to attach it), so i'll just post the specs here if you don't mind.

Not much of concern in there, although you should make
refreshRate=60

Try unloading everything else you can before starting the game, does that help?

If that doesn't help, we may have to wait until CK2 goes 64bit.
