Please pardon my lack of knowledge, but I know that this is a place of knowledge and good place to come and get answers.

I am aware that I am running CK3 drastically under the minimum requirements, but I don't understand why it is that I can get a few quality minutes of play before everything freezes up and I have to restart the computer. If I was truly unable to run it, wouldn't it just completely fail before everything is loaded up?

If your Mac has an Intel video system, that will be the cause of this problem as it is not supported hardware for this game under MacOS You should seek a refund, unless you have access to other computers with supported hardware, or Apple Bootcamp is installed (as some Intel hardware is supported under Windows).

If you are not sure what you have, in Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that here.
