Mac Issues on freshly installed full game (STEAM)

Dear all
I bought the game a few days ago on Steam (Mercenary Collection), in order to play it on my MBP 16"
My Mac is surely far beyondminimum specifications... but I wasn't able to start any gam because of some issues...

Specifically:
- after reaching the main screen, if I try to connect online, the game is stuck on "loading heraldry options" and after over 15 minutes, i had to force quit it...
- When I try to start the campaign (not trying to log into my account), first of all the ESC button does not work during starting video... than the game gets stuck on "generating portraits" popup...

I'm currently running v1.9.1 on a MBP 16" i9 8 core, 32GBRAM, Radeon Pro5500m, MacOSX 10.15.5 (Catalina)
I already tried deleting and redownloading the full game contents, with no results...

Should anyone be able to help, I'll be grateful...

Hi Rikus70

Please attach the Player.log, and system info files. They will hopefully help with diagnosing the problem you are experiencing.

To find them please follow the instructions below for each.

Player.log
~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

To find this file, in Finder do cmd-shift-G to bring up the GOTO box. In there paste ~/Library/ . You will see a /Logs/ folder, and inside that /Unity/ folder. Please attach that file player.log.

System Info (MAC)
In Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that.
