A huge question! All of the latest PDX games came with native Linux support.
I mean, PDX is the reason I haven't used Windows in years. Games are literally the only thing that OS has going for it, and it was thanks to Paradox that I was able to completely satisfy my gaming cravings and happily live completely Microsoft-free.

Judging from screenshots and comments from PDS developers in their other games, they are programming on Linux. Cross-platform release seems to be likely, since they don't actually need to port anything. Steam page also says "cross-platform multiplayer". I guess "PC" means "not a console or mobile".

Steam has tabs for Mac and Linux in the system requirements section, so we're probably getting them.
