Mac Version: where are the scenarios?

The Mac OSX version of HOI seems to have only the Blitzkrieg! and Awakening the Giant Scenarios. While the country files are in the HOI Data Files/scenarios/1936 file, there is no scenario beginning in that year. Furthermore, there is no Scenario Editor with this version. Does anyone know how I can recover these functions?

If not, does anyone know why I was sold only half a game?
