1. Problem (see attached picture): Staff is going to take a break and does not leave the staff room. Sometimes they switch to doing other activities instead of resting (see picture: gardeners raking, guard being stationed) indicated through their tooltips or animations but don't actually leave the staff room. It seems they're acting out their activities planned for other areas of the prison in the staff room.
2. Workers don't function as usual in Deliveries: Workers picking up goods from trucks or picking up export to load unto trucks hesitate/pause for up to 3 seconds.
Additionally trucks wait for goods to be loaded (exports and garbage) that aren't in the corresponding areas but are still being transported by workers. This is different to the pre-DLC behavior - trucks were only waiting for loading of stuff already present in the export/garbage areas. Both issues are a problem for larger prisons as it significantly slows down the whole deliveries/export process.
