magic is banned in brettonia and the imperium. how exactly do you advance the magic laws and play with magic because im never able to do it.

For some reason paradox won’t let me post a link. Message me on discord at KinglyRameses#3280 if you need one. I have no idea about most of the game mechanics, but the devs are pretty active on the discord and you can easily get help
